Excellent opportunity for students interested in production to get a “behind the scenes” look at what it takes to shoot, write, and edit documentaries for broadcast. Responsibilities & Skills: - assist production team in archive searches for photos and footage - time-code scripts and transcripts - research the story idea on the internet and Lexis-Nexis< - fact-check the script - media logging footage - assist with overall production coordination - If time permits, interns will also be welcome to observe the edit process Familiarity with Macintosh computer systems, FileMaker Pro, and/or Excel a plus To be considered for an internship, submit Completed Internship Application, 3 Completed Reference Forms, Resume, and Cover Letter.
