Towers Post to Provide Post-Production and Media Services
Towers Rentals to Provide Equipment Rentals
Chicago, IL - Towers Productions, Inc., the Chicago-based producer of factual and entertainment programs, announced today that it is restructuring its current business operations to create three stand-alone operating companies. The new companies are: Towers Productions, Inc. a TV production company; Towers Post, Inc a post-production and media services company; and Towers Rentals, Inc, an equipment rental company. All three operating companies will be wholly owned subsidiaries of the newly-constituted Towers Holdings, Inc.
Towers Productions will now focus solely on the production needs of its television programming clients. The new companies, Towers Post and Towers Rentals, will provide services to multiple clients in the broadcasting, cable and corporate markets, as well as to Towers Productions.
Jonathan Towers, founding shareholder and Chairman of Towers Holdings, and Chief Creative Officer of Towers Productions, LLC said: “This new structure will allow us to get closer to and better serve our clients. It’s the culmination of our efforts over the past two decades to build a first class facility and to become a leader in the areas of television production and media services.”

The new operating companies will be lead by respected industry veterans who have previously been employees of Towers Productions, Inc. Each of the heads of the new companies will have full P&L responsibility.
Mike Schmiedeler will serve as Managing Director for Towers Productions
Trevor Park will serve as Managing Director for Towers Rentals
Corinne Whitney will serve as Managing Director for Towers Post
All three companies will continue to be based at the Towers ProductionÕs current location in the West Loop area of Chicago. Operations and staff for each will be relocated within the premises to create maximum autonomy and efficiencies. The restructuring will be effective January 1, 2009.
